Switch it Up
Get out of your work from home routine. Get out of the house for an hour or two and find something new to do. Make sure that you are social distancing and avoiding large crowds of people. Getting outside is very important for mental health.
Go Local
Chances are if you lived somewhere long enough you have forgotten about the local things around you. While many places will be closed, it’s a good time to check out some parts of nature nearby that you missed.
Try something NEW
Nothing can be more exciting than trying something new. Take a yoga class online, start running, grab a camera and snap some photos of nature. Chance are you will find something you like and new hobby will be created helping the work from home blues.
Bucket List
Once this is all over you will want to go out and do so many things. Start a bucket list of the things you miss most and make a point to check the items on that list off every weekend, it gives you something to look forward to and we all need something to look forward to.
No Excuses
No more excuses not to do things. That project can wait, those dishes don’t need to be done right now. If you want to beat the blues stop with the excuses. Trying new things and breaking a routine can be tough, but you will thank us later.
